The Ministry of Environmental Protection is promoting the establishment of three energy recoveryfacilities in central Israel: at Morasha Junction, in Hiriya, and in Ashdod.

Ministry Unveils New Waste Strategy that is Both Environmental and Economic

The strategy will align Israeli with the European Union's advanced environmental standards, and will result in a cumulative savings of billions of shekels over the next decaded.
